Chamartín and Tetuán cover the north of the city along Paseo de la Castellana, from the AZCA business area to Plaza de Castilla. It is the home of the Bernabéu stadium and the tallest towers.

The Santiago Bernabéu stadium offers a tour entered through gate 84 on Avenida de Concha Espina, and the club shop opened in June 2024 on Calle del Padre Damián. Torre Picasso has 45 floors and stands 157 metres tall, and the two KIO towers at Plaza de Castilla are officially called Puerta de Europa. The Cuatro Torres stand on the former Ciudad Deportiva of Real Madrid.

The Mercado de Maravillas, on Calle de Bravo Murillo, opened in 1942 and is called the biggest in Madrid by the tourism board. The Mercado de Chamartín opened in 1962. The Dehesa de la Villa is a large natural area and Berlin Park holds pieces of the Berlin Wall.

DiverXO on Calle del Padre Damián holds three Michelin stars and needs booking. Moby Dick on Avenida de Brasil has played indie rock since 1992.
